Alternatively, it is possible to enter the requested dose and bluepoint 2 easycure calculates automatically the exposure time needed.<br \/>\nThe display shows the values in mW\/cm\u00b2 and alternatively in mJ\/cm\u00b2 or in J\/cm\u00b2. Furthermore, the electrical lamp output can be adjusted to 60% or 100%. The unit memorizes operating hours and lamp running hours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Calibration<\/h4>\n<p>Calibration can be carried out automatically with a Hoenle UV Meter or with manual input.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Applications<\/h4>\n<p>bluepoint point sources are suitable for a large range of applications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bonding, fixing or potting of components in the electronic, optical and medical industry<\/li>\n<li>Fluorescent excitation for material testing and image processing<\/li>\n<li>High-intensity UV irradiation for chemical, biological and pharmaceutical purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Interfaces<\/h4>\n<p>bluepoint 2 easycure has the following interfaces:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PLC inputs: lamp on, shutter open, dispensing, adjustable lamp output to 60% or 100%<\/li>\n<li>PLC outputs: unit switched on, UV ready, error, shutter open and a variable programmable output<\/li>\n<li>Dry relay contact with selectable function for additional signals (shutter closed, warning, UV on, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>RS 232 interface for software update for operating software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Additional features<\/h4>\n<p>All parameter settings can be memorized on 6 storage locations and loaded when needed. The current parameter settings are maintained even after switching off the mains supply.<br \/>\nThe unit disposes of extensive error and warning messages. With a keyboard interlock, it is possible to avoid unintentional modifications of parameters. Furthermore, bluepoint 2<br \/>\neasycure has a standby function when the lamp is switched off.
