Its operation is simple and intuitive. The display is detachable and can be mounted on the base station or on the machine.[\/vc_column_text]\n

Each bluepoint LED\u00a0supplies up to four LED heads, so that a total of 20 LED heads can be operated with one display.<\/p>\n

Wavelength options of the bluepoint LED include\u00a0365 nm, 385 nm or 405 nm.\u00a0Five different interchangeable lenses are available to create the desired irradiation area, optimally adapted to the individual application.<\/p>\n

The bluepoint LED features a maximum intensity up to 20.000 mW\/cm\u00b2 and a power setting adjustable from 10%\u00a0to 100%.<\/p>\n

Hoenle’s business unit Adhesive Systems works closely together and aligns its curing units and adhesives, creating an optimized curing and bonding process. This results in increased efficiency and reduces total operational costs. Typical applications for the bluepoint LED include spot curing of UV curable adhesives. The bluepoint LED can cure adhesives within seconds in automated production processes in the mass production of disposable medical devices, or in high-volume production in electronics and optical manufacturing.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
