An integrated timer allows the adjustment of irradiation times between 1 second and 19 hours which ensures total process control. Continous operation is also possible for in-line processing with conveyors.<\/p>\n

For larger irradiation areas several LED Lines are stackable up to any length.<\/p>\n

The typical service life of a LED is more than 20,000 hours. LED Line 500 can be switched on and off as often as necessary as it does not require any warm-up or cooling phase.
\nLED Line 500 is available with emitted wavelengths of 365 nm or 405 nm. This allows a precise adaption to the respective application and UV reactive material.<\/p>\n
