The system features a patented elliptical reflector geometry that ensures maximum UV radiation output, while integrated dichroic reflectors come as standard to reduce heat load on the substrate. Thanks to Hoenle\u2019s proven slide-in technology, cleaning and maintenance are quick and straightforward: UV lamps can be safely exchanged outside the press within minutes, and segmented reflector mirrors (100 mm each) can be replaced individually. For added production security, a replacement UV cassette can be swapped in within minutes. The integrated shutter system acts as a heat barrier when the press stops, protecting the substrate instantly. With over 1,500 units built since 1995, the PC-1-A-ECO combines reliability, easy handling, and high efficiency, making it a trusted choice for narrow web and label printing.<\/p>\n
