\n PC-2-W-ECO<\/span>\n Water-cooled UV lamp heads<\/span>\n <\/h2>[vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

The system features a patented water-cooling design with parallel cooling flows integrated into the housing, reflectors, and backplate, ensuring optimal lamp cooling, low substrate temperatures, and extended UV lamp lifetime. Its elliptical reflector geometry delivers maximum UV output, while dichroic reflectors come as standard for reduced heat load. The proven slide-in technology allows fast, safe lamp changes outside the press, and segmented reflector mirrors (100 mm each) can be replaced individually. For production security, a replacement UV cassette can be swapped within minutes, and the integrated shutter system immediately shields the web from heat when the press stops. With up to 40 kW total output, the PC-2-W-ECO is ideal for wide web printing applications where large widths require continuous performance without overlapping lamps. Having already built more than 1,000 units of this type since 1995, Hoenle delivers a robust, efficient, and long-lasting solution for high-volume production.<\/p>\n
