Its advanced design enables instant ON\/OFF operation without warm-up or cooling phases, while ensuring a typical LED service life of more than 20,000 hours. Power is supplied via 400 V DC, reducing cable cross-sections, and each LED segment is individually driven and monitored through integrated drivers. This allows precise regulation, format size control, and real-time monitoring of short circuits, interruptions, and excess temperatures. With continuous regulation, low temperature load, and high process stability, the LED Powerline LC HV delivers reliable, energy-efficient curing performance.
