The innovative cassette technology combines a 6 kW hot air output with integrated IR lamps, ensuring optimal drying efficiency across large print areas. Adjustable blowpipes with up to 20\u00b0 rotation stabilize airflow on the substrate, guaranteeing even curing while maintaining smooth sheet travel.
\nHot air is generated directly at the point of use, minimizing line losses and enhancing energy efficiency, while an optimized extraction system ensures effective removal of moist air. With optional heat recovery, the system further reduces energy consumption. The unique combination of infrared and hot air allows independent control of both components, making the HIJet GLine suitable for conventional inks and water-based coatings.
