Each HiJet E-Line module combines two powerful IR emitters with hot-air nozzles, supported by a compact supply unit that integrates heating, airflow, and control technology. Thanks to its modular design, several units can be combined into one system with different drying zones, enabling precise adaptation to various substrates and production requirements.
\nIndividually adjustable air volume, air temperature (up to 120 \u00b0C), and IR output (0\u2013100 %) allow full process control, while replaceable nozzle profiles ensure optimal airflow to the substrate. Gold reflectors maximize radiation yield, and the use of pre-heated process air reduces energy consumption by up to 30%.
\nThe autonomous functionality of each unit guarantees high production safety: if one module fails, the others remain in operation.
