Direct Cure lamps can be retrofitted into all inert UV systems, and even non-inert systems can be upgraded with an inert chamber. Thanks to direct acrylate stimulation, the curing process achieves exceptionally high crosslinking density, enhancing chemical, thermal, and weathering resistance. At the same time, the technology requires less than 0.5% photoinitiators, drastically reducing VOC emissions, odor, and migration risk.
