电动汽车和其他电动车辆的充电站和充电器需要使用粘合剂:充电板上的电容器、电压调节器和电阻器必须可靠安装,以抵御冲击和振动。通过额外的保形涂料,可以保护这些元件免受温度波动、湿气和其他气候因素的影响。

充电电缆的连接器封装也是如此:针脚密封可保护敏感触点,确保电池长期高效快速充电。粘合剂、密封剂和浇注化合物非常适合这些任务。

抗环境影响的要求取决于许多因素:在某些情况下,需要坚硬、耐腐蚀的环氧树脂;而在另一些情况下,则需要更灵活、低应力的连接。除环境条件外,浇注或粘接化合物的选择还取决于基材、表面特征和所用材料的热膨胀系数等因素。

工艺的选择也会影响产品的推荐。特别是紫外线固化产品,可以实现特别高效和快速的粘接过程。对于光线无法照射到的阴影区域的粘接应用,双固化产品可提供最可靠的固化效果。
