医用可穿戴设备的质量始于生产。Hoenle 的医用粘合剂与最常用的材料（通常是塑料、不锈钢、玻璃或陶瓷）具有良好的粘合性。它们还具有生物相容性，并已通过 ISO 10993-4/-5/-10/-23 和/或 USP VI 级测试。

每种制造工艺都需要专门开发的粘合剂：从紫外线丙烯酸酯和紫外线环氧树脂到导电产品和传统的热固化环氧树脂，Hoenle 可为所有应用提供合适的粘合剂。紫外线粘合剂是粘合针头或可穿戴设备外壳的理想选择，因为它们在紫外线辐射下可快速固化，因此非常适合快速循环和大批量生产。荧光型粘合剂可依靠在线视觉系统加强质量控制。

Hoenle 粘合剂适用于粘接印刷电路板、粘接外壳或粘接注射器针头。

除紫外线粘合剂外，热固化环氧树脂粘合剂也可用于粘合印刷电路板。根据不同的应用，必须确保粘合剂具有较高的离子纯度，以避免腐蚀。另一方面，导电粘合剂通常是银填充的，因此可以取代焊点，甚至作为柔性导电轨道应用于柔性可穿戴设备。
