共形 涂料

保形涂料用于保护电子元件不受环境因素的影响。用作保形涂料的粘合剂具有双重固化功能:边缘和可见表面用紫外线固化;阴影区域(例如元件或芯片下方)以及深层区域则通过加热进行后固化。

要在大面积表面上覆盖保形涂料,我们推荐使用低粘度粘合剂。这些粘合剂同样适用于喷涂、旋涂和浸涂。

选择性保形涂料可通过高粘度坝材料实现:用高粘度粘合剂形成一个框架或坝体,然后用流动粘合剂将其填满。这种工艺也被称为框架填充法。

紫外线固化型保形涂料可以快速固化,因此具有在线加工方法的优势。特别是以环氧树脂为基础的粘合剂不含硅,可确保最大程度的耐介质性。
