修复 塑料部件

塑料部件通常使用粘合剂固定,以防止在进一步加工时滑脱。尤其是丙烯酸类产品能很好地粘合许多塑料。它们具有加固和支撑作用,可以分散负荷和减少应力。丙烯酸酯还有在紫外线下快速固化的优点,因此可以加快加工时间,提高产量。环氧树脂粘合剂也能在紫外线下快速固化,而且耐高温。氰基丙烯酸酯用于粘接紫外线阻隔或不透光的基材,因为它们在室温下就能自固化。
